It offers forwarders and carriers global online-access convenience to a comprehensive range of functions used for their day-to-day time-critical transactions. How does CCNhub benefit me? Is the information on CCNhub secure?
CCNhub ensures all information/transactions are totally secure. We have a data server center that is dedicated to ensuring absolute security and privacy. We have also ensured that individual users have their own secure User ID and password to log into CCNhub, with access to functions customized to individual needs. How many participating airlines are there in CCNhub? Will there be any more in the near future? There are more than 20 carriers participating in the CCS of CCNhub. Please refer to "Participating Airlines' for the list of airlines. We are in the midst of discussing CCNhub with other carriers and are hopeful that there will be more carriers that will participate in the Portal.
Where is CCNhub being launched and used in the world? CCNhub has been launched throughout Asia including T hailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, Australia, New Zealand, Hongkong, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Indonesia & India. There are plans to expand CCNhub globally, to the rest of Asia, Europe and North America . For further enquiries, please contact your local CCNhub representative office. What do I need in order to use CCNhub? As this is a web-based application, as long as you have a PC workstation and internet access, you're good to go! If I sign up to join CCNhub, what's the lead timeline for implementation before I can use the system? Within three working days. What does it cost to use CCNhub? Ours is a time and information-critical business. How accurate is the information displayed on CCNhub? CCNhub is linked directly to carrier systems via the internet, and all critical information is retrieved directly from the carrier systems as a result. At the time of request, the information is the most accurate available. Will CCNhub be able to handle responses in volume from multiple carriers at one go? What if one response from a carrier is much slower than the others? Yes, CCNhub is designed to be able to handle and reflect multiple responses from the carriers at one go.
It's one of the key user pre-requisites to help users better manage their day-to-day volume / transactions. Most inquiries are seen to promptly and without omissions. Late responses are automatically stored in “History” and/or “Booking log” for retrieval at a later time. Who do we turn to for CCNhub information and service support?
